| In recent years,the population of China has been decreasing year by year,and many enterprises are facing the problem of labor shortage or less labor.At the same time,employee turnover within enterprises is also aggravating the emergence of this phenomenon: on the one hand,it’s difficult for enterprises to recruit employee,and enterprises cannot recruit the employees they want;on the other hand,the situation of employee turnover within enterprises is not curbed effectively,and enterprises cannot retain their employee.The lack of employment has been aggravated by employee turnover,which also affects the normal operation of enterprise.Many scholars’ studies have shown that many of the reasons for employee turnover are due to employees’ “dissatisfied” with the enterprise,which means that certain“dissatisfaction” directly or indirectly causes employees to leave the enterprise they belong to.It is particularly important to address internal human recourses management issues and improve the satisfaction level of employees,thereby helping to alleviate corporate difficulties.This thesis takes Company M,a manufacturing company,as research subject to study and analyze its employee satisfaction on the basis of existing theories and research findings from various research literature.The aims of this study to find out the root causes of low employee satisfaction and high employee turnover in Company M.The study was conducted by distributing employee satisfaction questionnaires and supplemented by interviews with employees in the field,to collect the true thoughts of employees in Company M.By analyzing and collating the data from the employee’s feedback and using the SPSS statistical analysis software,the study has objectively reflected the root causes of low employee satisfaction in Company M: career development,fairness in remuneration,corporate culture,working conditions and welfare benefits are the root causes of low employee satisfaction.Especially,career development and fairness in the remuneration are particularly valued by employees.The thesis concludes with targeted improvement strategies for the various dimensions of the problems identified in the study,as well as safeguards to ensure that the measures are implemented effectively.The study also provides a reference for other manufacturing companies in the terms of employee satisfaction. |
