As the world's low carbon economy and the promotion of energy-saving environmental protection, the international energy-saving environmental protection industry is facing unprecedented development opportunities, energy efficient lighting industry due to the inclusion of the national "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and the state financial subsidies to promote development opportunities is rare. Therefore, in recent years, specialized in the production of domestic energy-efficient lighting sharp increase in the number of firms, the demand for energy-efficient lighting was quickly pulled up. At the same time, some well-known foreign energy-saving lighting companies increase efforts to develop the domestic market, want to enlarge the domestic energy-efficient lighting market competition. Therefore, the energy-efficient lighting industry has good development opportunities, but also face more intense competition brought about survival and development challenges.As an energy-efficient lighting industry latecomers (December 19,2007 set up), we have to do research and development of new products, improve product quality, reduce costs and expenses, establish corporate culture, build and enhance core competitive ability, and then basing on the full analysis of our strengths & weaknesses and the market environment, we must research and develop the company's differentiation for domestic marketing strategy program.As the general manager, I mainly discusses as a new two-year company, while growing more competitive conditions for the Chinese market, how to market competition in the self-positioning, and how to develop specific marketing mix strategies.Firstly, I use SWOT analysis method, the company's external environment and the company's internal conditions were analyzed, and I get the company's development opportunities and advantages in the Chinese market, then we use the STP method carried out on the market segment, identify the target market, and fix position for our market. After that, Papers will be trying to 4P and 4C theory effective integration. I get our mix marketing strategy, such as customer demand—based the new exotic product differentiation strategy, customer cost—based pricing differentiation strategy, the differentiation channel strategy for take the customer convenience as the premise, customer focus interactive marketing promotion strategies.
