| In this paper, we study the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) which is operating by Shenzhen Lihua Mechanical Device Manufacture Ltd. (SLMDM) The study presents us the necessity and significance of the MES throughout a serial of researches, such as current situation of the company, the basic character and structure of MES, instruction of the function and design of procedures, methods and solutions to solve the problems in the process of production and operation etc.MES is the first step which SLMDM aims toward improvements and success, however, it is inevitable that problems will emerge cross the entire preliminary period of operation of MES. To reassure the well operation of MES, SLMDM arranges relevant adjustments in terms of further information collection, recording and analyzing. The information and data will be used to inspect and adjust every single chain upon whole production line to find the real needs which can meet market demands. Market demands are under constant change. Therefore constant improvement and upgrading is considered the only way to meet the demands. The latest function choosing and procedures design of MES can achieve the development of SLMDM and set a sample for competitors. |
