The Network Resources Management BPR Of A Telecommunication Company

With Chinese telecom industry enter the 3G era, telecommunication network has become a lifeline for telecom operators. The old network resource management model is no longer fit in the new operate environment, and BPR has to be adopted immediately.Network resource management processes justify network resource according the requrie of marketing,advance utilize efficiency of resource and response require of marketing.Network resource is one of the important resource of telecom operators,how to use it is one of the key problem of telecom operators.In this paper, the network resources management processes of a telecommunication company are analyzed to find out its limitations. Based on the analysis, a new network resources management processes model is designed. At last, the advantages and disadvantage of the BPR design, and the supporting factors are evaluated.
