In the meaning time, with the development of information technology,the need for website marketing have gotten wider, especially for industry and commerce.They need to gather traditional marketing and marketing online,in order to realize the lowest cost and the highest profit.According to the need of enterprises and many customers, The writer have studied SAKESASI strategy of website marketing training.The dissertation uses the method of characterizing and quantity analyzed, the globe environment, industry environment and internal condition are all be analyzed, Analyzing porter's five -strength model,IFE matrix and EFE matrix,data analyzing for SWOT(strength, weak,opportunity and threat), evaluating internal and external factors, choosing the strategy and making a right marketing tactics. meanwhile,based on the theory,regarding sales as core,analyzes how to lead a team.Based on the conversations and internal analysis, We know how to evaluate the sales quantity according to sales clue, Managing resources effectively.According to regional marketing and predicting sales quantity, Give the sales index. Gathering region and sales points contribution to divided step by step, Realize to manage every sales net points. According to the KPI(key performance index) of PTC (person,team and company)to encourage and manage the staffs in marketing department. Use the index, Such as the finished rating of sale clues, the finished rating of the sale target and so on. Concerning all the benefits of PTC.So it can control the whole channel.
