Issues And Solutions In Economic And Trade Between China And Russia

In the progress of the multi-polarization, peace and development are still the main themes of the times. And those themes need the maintenance of the friendship, communication and corporation among large countries. Both China and Russia have been major countries to the world economy. They both have relatively stable politics and constantly economic growth, not the mention their trading volume and mutual investment. Meanwhile, they are two largest bordering countries with border line as long as 4300km.They have got a huge success in the corporation of political area and so have the economics. But the level of corporation is still way lower then that between China other countries or organization such as USA, Japan and EU. The reason is that there are some problems in the trade such as inappropriate trade structure, huge differences in culture and trade system and short-term behavior in the border area. In order to consolidate the corporation between China and Russia, how to effectively improve the trading level has became the common subject of the scholars in these two countries.Russia has become one of the world's top ten economies while China is expected to be the second largest economy in 2010. In the situation of financial crisis, China and Russia face the fact that sharp decreased exports, shrinking domestic demand, and slowly growing GDP. This article discusses how to make China and Russia out of the shadow of economic crisis by planning reasonable and correct corporation, so they can be out of the excessive dependent and use this opportunity to improve their economic and trade.By analyzing natural, political, economic and cultural factors, and demonstrating the meeting point and drive between China and Russia's economic and trade, this article points out the difficulties they are facing and the bright futures they will have. It also lists the large-scale energy, scientific projects, adjacent area corporation, adjustment and upgrade in industrial structures, economic trends, transportation, labor corporation, culture communication and media corporation and so on, in order to give the brief discussion and evaluation in political, economic and culture areas between China and Russia. At the end, this article provides new ideas and new political suggestions to the problems and situations it mentioned before.This paper briefly describes the development of economics and the status of the corporation in trading between China and Russia.
