With international competition becoming increasingly fierce, many of the world advanced enterprises have begun to take the outsourcing route, those are who cannot make a turnover or provide opportunities to senior project development. It can be said that outsourcing has become important means in the enterprise market competition. While, the success of outsourcing depends on outsourcing means and strategy. In these advanced enterprise, our country has no shortage of such enterprises. Therefore, this article especially take Jilin Yanbian branch of China Mobile as an example, analyze its outsourcing of human resources management in the process of status, risks and some current problems, get a clear identification of human resource management in Jilin Mobile Business Process Outsourcing operations. Finally, the individual mobile human resources management in Jilin Province outsource some of the preventive measures and countermeasures. In this initiate to more insight, I hope this article can draw experts and scholars' attention to do more research in this subject for the present implementation of human resource management outsourcing.
