Research On Human Resource Outsourcing Risk Management Of H Company

Human resources outsourcing is a kind of integration of the advantages of the enterprise internal resources,and make full use of external resources strategy of low cost,high efficiency,it is closely linked with the enterprise strategy.However,this strategy bring in benefits,also with some risks.Therefore in the process of human resources outsourcing of risk management is particularly important.This article revolves around H company's human resources outsourcing problem.First of all,it has carried on the detailed analysis on H company four stages of the human resources outsourcing,outsourcing activity main body and environmental factors on the implementation of outsourcing by the three dimension analysis model,obtained risk factors that affects the H company human resources outsourcing activities by the identification and selection;Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the human resources outsourcing risk assessment model,to identify the risk factors of pairwise comparison,and to calculate the weight of each risk factor by MATLAB software;Finally,based on identification of risk factors,assessment,H company human resources outsourcing risk solutions are put forward.
