Investigation And Research About The Existence Problems Of Claimin Small And Medium-sized Construction Enterprises In China

This paper studies about the management problems of the claims in the small and medium-sized enterprises in china. By survey results,it shows that there are many problems in the claim construction means, method claims, the measures and techniques of research and departments set up of claims management and personnel training and so on in the Small and medium-sized enterprises in china. It hampered the construction of the small and medium enterprise development seriously.Since the majority of small and medium-sized construction enterprises located in remote, backward and underdeveloped areas, small scale, low management level the lack of legal system and contract means by long-term. They do not aware of to safeguard their interests, to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises by claims. Furthermore,the small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China occupied the leading position of the construction market.As a result of their distributed widely, the number multi,the information o,cclusion, poor management, low economic efficiency,there is a larger gap in the overall level of China's construction and foreign developed countries.So,it is great practical significance about studing on how to improve the claims management strategies and methods in the small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China.In this paper, from the point of view of the small and medium-sized construction enterprises,I comparaied and analysied the domestic and foreign construction enterprises in the development of claims management, concluded the existence of defects about the claim with the small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China. Then,I gived a simple exposition about the concept of the claims, claims procedures, the opportunity to examine the claims and claims the method of calculating.I Mainly collected a large amount of information through a survey claims of the small and medium-sized construction enterprises, providing a scientific basis for the point of view in this article. For small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China exist many problems,I targeted the improving methods and countermeasures. I talked about the claims in the calculation cited a large number of cases, trying to combine the theory and practice.Finally,by the international city of Zhumadian Dennis Project,I give a detailed analysis and summary of the inadequacies the success and the inadequacies in the chance of claims, claims processing methods, duration and cost calculation methods. I hope that it has a certain role in guiding to small and medium-sized enterprises in construction claims management.
