Study On The Theory And Strategy Of Construction Claims

The construction market, which is becoming more competitive ,has been legalized and standardized gradually in the new situation of China. Construction claims is one of the key points in the contract management of engineering construction. Scientifically and reasonably resolving the problem of construction claims by legal is a necessary method to protect contractor's own profit and get a reasonable rewarding in the new situation.From the viewpoint of a contractor, this thesis analyzes the contract base of claims , the relationship of claims and contract management , the relationship of claims and changes, and introduces the process of construction claims and the resolution of dispute.
