Studies On Industrial Competitiveness And Promoting Measurements Of Shanxi's Manufacturing

In shanxi province, manufacturing industry plays a main role in manufacturing industry, it is the most important role in promoting the advancement of provincial economy. The level of the whole manufacturing Competitiveness in Shaanxi Province is in a relatively Excellent position in the western provinces and cities, however, there is still a large gap, not only the number of enterprises in manufacturing and quality, but also in science, technology, personnel, etc. lack of many aspects, between the developed manufacturing industry provinces of the east and shanxi province.Beginning from the theory of the industrial competitiveness, the Article uses the factor analysis method of Porter diamond model to obtain obstacle factors of the Shaanxi Province industry, and focus on discussing the capital factor, human resources, and technology factor that hinder the development of Shaanxi manufacturing. First of all, after the research and evaluation of the competitiveness of manufacturing industry evaluation, we choose to use the metering method to evaluate the level of competitiveness of manufacturing industry of Shaanxi Province after comparative analysis. The method is more objective and accurate on describing the level and the competitiveness of manufacturing industry of Shanxi Province than the others. Next, the article uses the software spss to analysis 13 principal components of 30 manufacturing industries in Shaanxi Province's manufacturing industry. That is the Principal component analysis. Then, the article use the metering method to define the level of the competitiveness of Shanxi Province, which we call that quantitative evaluation.Finally, Based on the analysis summarized, the study concluded and put forward some scientific and rational countermeasures and suggestions.
