Reconfigurable Manufacturing is one of many advanced manufacturing modes,which are recognized for the majority of scholars and business.for rapid response capabilities,lower costs of production and reconstruction costs. In modern company, the frequent changes of task orders,the construction and improve of new production lines request the enterprise to make timely response and adjustment.Therefore,research the modeling and scheduling issues tec hniques of the reconfigurable manufacturing has the great significance on guiding business planning.For the modeling of reconfigurable manufacturing,paper study the character of recon figurable shop' decomposition of system,function integration, equip ment reconstruction,m odular design,component-based structure.Through the classification and description of the manufacturing resources,proposed abstracting resourses of Reconstruction of the workshop as common module\emovable module and the variable structure module,discussed the division of the module, Introduce Petri modeling method and constructe the the ESPN model and GSPN model. of reconfigurable manufacturing workshop.Using ESPN's analysis method,obtained the influence of bottleneck station manufacturing time,the number of mobile device,Rump-up time and Francis ratio of reconfigurable workshop model on stability probability and producti vity.According to analyzing performance of two kinds of reconfigurable workshop models,the results showed that:the reconfigurable workshop model based on ESPN has good stability and authenticity,it provides a reference for the planning and production line transformation of reconfigurable manufacturing enterprises.Reconstruction of the shop's production process was studied.According to the physical layout of actual reconfigurable production line and characteristics of manufacturing proce ss,abstracting production lines as different characteristics process,for every process and processing equipment,used ESPN basic modeling module to obtain the system subnet. Based on analysis of scheduling tasks,objective function and related constraints,reconfigurable manu-facturing plant model was established by ESPN.Genetic algorithm was used to establish scheduling algorithm which based on ESPN.Putting one motor manufacturing production process as scheduling simulation test,perfect scheduling results were obtained.And through this process we verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.
