The Analysis Of Inventory Financing Based On Structural Equation Model

The middle and small enterprises have been developing fast and are becoming significant force for the development of national economy in recent years. However, the middle and small enterprises have been facing numerous difficulties, one of which is to finance.It is hard for the middle and small enterprises to get loans from banks for the reason of small size,little of fixed property,backward of management and transparency of information,lack of credit record,and weakness of risisting risk.By the insurance of logistics enterprise, the conflict between banks and enterprises can be solved by inventory financing making the enterprises financed,banks and the logistics enterprises benefit.The enterprises financed solve the problem of occupying lots of money by the inventory,accelerate the speed of turnover of capital,the banks find the financial product which can be liquidated fast and have low risk. For the logistics erterprises,they attract more clients and promote their comprehensive competitive power.The development of inventory financing which is in the early stage in china faces plenty of problems. In the procces of inventory financing, money is lended by banks, property pledged is supervised by logistics erterprises,there is a asymmetry between banks and logistics enterprises,so it is hard for the banks to get money back,banks face the most risk.Therefor, strenthening the research is significant for banks to guard against risk and to promote the development of inventory financing.At present,domestic scholars seldom study the mutual relationship among the risk factors of inventory financing.It is hard to quantify the risk of inventory financing for its risk is subjective and complicated.There may be big error if adopting the conventional regression analysis.Therefor, the structural equation model is introduced by this thesis.This thesis discusses the concept and operation mode,then identify the risk of inventory financing,establishes the indices system of inventory financing.Based on this, the thesis establishes path diagram and the structural equation model. At last,the thesis solves the structural equation model, analyses the mutual relationship among the risk factors and raises corresponding measures for the banks.
