For many years,Shanxi has extensive resources dependence on the pattern of economic development and performance under very good rigidity.In many countries and regions in the world,the economic development of the economy that is lasting vulgar,must rely on technological innovation to realize economic transformation,it will be possible to obtain the sustainable development in the future.Based on this,the countries and areas of the world,attaches great importance to guide and promote the development of technological innovation,so also in Shanxi Province.In recent years,shanxi provincial government more attention than ever to promote the further development of technology innovation,and many related policy,technology innovation performance has improved significantly.But with advanced domestic level of technological innovation in provinces,and innovative, Shanxi Province of shanxi strategic target of technology innovation work is still a long way to go.Accurately analyze and grasp the influence factors of the regional technology innovation,technological innovation is the key.Many scholars and scientific management of this question,the results of the study.The author through extensive reading of related literatures,found in the main influence factors on discerniblile research achievements,the viewpoint is different,and the line of qualitative research than quantitative research.Qualitative analysis of the influence of technology innovation from several aspects, from the subjective consciousness with experience,which is the main factor in judgment,which is the secondary factors,the main factors that judgment in decision-making on scientific achievements of this phenomenon,the application of limitations.Therefore,based on the previous research,on the basis of the choice of more scientific analysis and quantitative methods,affect the development of shanxi technical innovation,and the main factors to determine the enterprise technology innovation for development strategy and improve enterprise technology innovation ability should adopt corresponding countermeasures and measures as the main content is studied in this paper.Based on the review and analysis of domestic and foreign enterprise technology innovation factors theory and based on the results from the internal and external effects by two aspects influencing factors were studied,nine internal influencing factors about Science and technology activity funds from internal expenditure,and develop new products of funds,funds expenditure,internal R&D input engineering and technical personnel, facility, R&D activities in science and technology personnel and equipment automation facility staff, new product patent ownership,and two external influencing factors about Enterprise of government funds interdependent rate and loan interdependent rate of financial institutions,In the six provinces of central China within the transverse comparison analysis and Shanxi Province longitudinal comparison analysis.From the two aspects by several factors affecting enterprise technology innovation from the comparison and analysis of some factors affecting the initial screening.
