Study On The Technology Innovation Capability Of Large And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprises In Tianjin

Nowadays,the new revolution of technology in the world has developed so rapidly. The pace of economy globalization is faster and faster.As the necessary link of technology and economy, the position and role of technical innovation are increasingly prominent.Strengthening technical innovation is the important strategic choice to solve the problem of deep-seated problems in our country and to improve the overall quality of the national economy.Tianjin,as the economic center in north China and an important industrial city,has outstanding economic advantages in the link of Bohai Sea area.Tianjin plays a important role in the north regional economy development and even regional economies pattern adjustment in our country. The development of industry in Tianjin cannot leave the enhancement of technological innovation ability of enterprise.This article carries on an analysis from the technological innovation ability's angle to the large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Tianjin.First,it elaborated the meaning, essential feature and tendency of technological innovation,and the it also elaborated the target and assessment method of enterprise technological innovation capability.Second,it analyzed the present situation of technological innovation in large and medium-sized industrial enterprise in Tianjin.This article establishes the evaluation model of technological innovation ability of industrial enterprise in Tianjin, appraises the present situation and the question of technological innovation ability,and summarize the factors which affect the development of enterprise technological innovation ability in Tianjin,and contrasts the technological innovation ability of industrial enterprises in Tianjin and other province in China to discover our insufficient place and profits from them.At last,we obtain the enlightenment to promote technological innovation ability in Tianjin,research countermeasures to improve the technological innovation ability, so that it can provide the reference to sharpen the technological innovation ability of industrial enterprise in Tianjin.
