In the information society of today, what has changed in the information needs of farmers who are at the edge in the information? What are the kinds of information on more urgent? What means to obtain information to their needs by them? In daily agricultural production, can the farmers own information they need by their own demand channel for information? Has been Massive information platform of the Internet began to infiltrate rural community? What kind of information dissemination by farmers is currently the most acceptable way of information dissemination? Also what kind of information dissemination channels for farmers is the most feedback for? This paper tries on the information needs of farmers in Anhui and access to empirical research to answer this series of questions.Anhui is a major agricultural province, has unique geographical advantages and inherent natural conditions, agricultural resources and more variety, excellent quality. But for a long time, farmers in Anhui Province are still in the traditional farming methods, the level of the information is lower, its per capita income is far less than neighboring provinces. In the information age today, backward information means the economic backwardness, therefore, to thoroughly improve the income of farmers in Anhui we have to start from the information, only solving the difficult problem of Anhui Farmer in the way of obtain and release Information can help farmers escape poverty in the true sense. That poverty alleviation is not just economic, should be on the wealth of information. In the today mass media are extremely abundant, the information gap between urban and rural areas in Anhui has become increasingly evident, especially with the development of digital new media, such dissemination of information by the media led to the "digital divide" is becoming greater and greater. Apart from there is a serious addition to the "information gap" between urban and rural areas, there are the information gap between the different groups of people in the rural community.Then, in the process of building new countryside, what means can we use to narrow the gap?Through a large number of questionnaires and interviews with close, this paper believes that the current, the type of information most pressing needed by farmers of Anhui are agricultural class and policy type information, which can not be the most pressing information through mass communication, communication and other administrative organizations such the traditional way of access to rural communication. Today's information age, information is the base to enhance agricultural productivity, the amount and speed of access to information directly affects crop yield and farmers'income. But in the immediate Anhui, most farmers are still in the state of lacking of information. Lack of information mainly exist in two aspects:First, the lack of awareness to collect information and use of for the farmers in Anhui subjectively; Second, farmers in Anhui economic are restricted by geographical conditions objectively, their access to information is single and their information feedback channel is basically in blocking state. But by the cultural quality, economic conditions, the impact of social roles, for the different types of households, information access and use of specific performance is different. Among them, members of rural household's access to information based approach and use are the most practical on China's agricultural development. According to our survey, farmers having access to members based the amount of information; information accuracy and access to information to be significantly are higher than other households. After joining the co-operatives, these farmers can obtain previously unavailable information on a variety of urgent needs through the organization of cooperatives, at the same time, their access to information channels and feedback channels have been significantly enhanced.Farmer cooperatives is founded in the rural household contract basis, the operators of similar agricultural products or agricultural production and operation of similar service providers, use those, voluntarily association and democratically management the mutual economic organization. Members of farmer cooperatives are their major clients; they provide the purchase of agricultural production materials, agricultural products sales, processing, transport, storage as well as management of agricultural produce of technology and information services. Because of Farmer co-operatives'professionalism and spontaneity, it's more easily than others close to the main transmission farmers and more accurately grasp the information needs of farmers, their means of information dissemination are easier to approach and integrate to their members. At the same time, compared with other means of information dissemination, cooperative farmers pay more attention to information needs and feedback, and more respect for the views and interests of farmers. On the other hand, when farmers formed cooperative organizations, at first, communication channels have been expanded, with a special high-quality staff to use more efficient channels of information exchange with the community. Second, compared with individual investors, farmer cooperatives is a greater impact force in the community, thus more easy to spread the farmer's voice and again attention of our society, and easier to disseminate information to the appropriate source of information feedback and solve the problem. Therefore, through the formation of cooperatives, cooperative members can not only get more valuable agricultural information, they can spread their sound out through the cooperative. In other words, Cooperatives set up a platform to bridge for farmers to exchange information with the outside world. Therefore, this article think that the farmer cooperative's internal organization of information dissemination will be the solution to obtain information for farmers, promoting agricultural information the best starting point.
