Study On Governmental Actions In The Development Of Farmers' Cooperative Economic Organizations In China

30 years ago, with the completion of the rural economic system reform, the Household Contract Responsibility System established in Chinese rural areas. The system has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of farmers and creative production. Because of intense trade competition, with facing the contradiction between individual work and big market, farmers began to establish organizations to reduce transaction costs and enhance the negotiating capacity of the market. Since then, various types of the Peasants'cooperative organizations came into being, and get gradual development. Because the peasants' cooperative organizations have a vital role in economic and social development, governments at all levels attach great importance to them. However, the Peasants' Cooperative Organizations are in the initial stages of development, and the Governmental hasn't play a role to the Peasants'Cooperative Organizations for a long time, so in the promotion of the development of the Peasants'Cooperative Organizations, Governmental actions are Irrational. This thesis is to study how to regulate Governmental actions, and how to promote the Peasants'Cooperative Organizations to get rapid development.This thesis consists of three sections. The first section is Chapter 1 with introduction. The second section is from Chapter 2 to Chapter 6 with Main Contents. The third section is Chapter 7 with Conclusions. At first, Chapter 1 introduces the thesis's research background, significance, intention, and the relevant research development and method groundwork. Then, the definition and theory are presented in Chapter 2. From Chapter 3 to Chapter 5, one of the most important research contents.This section introduces governmental actions for the development of Peasants'Cooperative Organizations in the Developed countries, and then discusses the development of Peasants'Cooperative Organizations in China, the problems of the governmental actions and concrete measures for improvement. The sixth chapter is another focus of the full text. It takes Nanchang as an example to analyze the actions of the local government and to propose specific measures to improve the local governmental actions finally.
