Product miniaturization, decentralization of production to the development of small and medium enterprises have provided favorable conditions, and small and medium enterprises as the main components of the economy in Hefei, SMEs and flexible in its mode of operation, organization and low cost, convenient transfer of advance and retreat advantages can adapt to rapidly changing markets and consumers seeking personalized, trend-oriented requirements fully, the economic development of SMEs in Hefei has played a decisive role, play an irreplaceable role. Therefore, we must focus on improving the market in Hefei, SME competitiveness, better play the role of SMEs and help the economy faster and better development of Hefei.This study is mainly on a sample of small and medium enterprises in Hefei, Through of Hefei SMEs to explore the current application of competitive intelligence system status. Finally, the article obtained according to the above survey of the problem, and the company's competitive intelligence Tianshun practical problems in system operation proceed in two parts to make recommendations to the small and medium enterprises in Hefei.
