In this background, the purpose of the research topic selected is that through analysis on eco-economy system in the region of The Grain for Green Project implementation, the essay investigates the agricultural eco-economy system coupling development model and evolutionary process to achieve consistent between regional agriculture and resource (volume) and promote the agricultural industrial upgrading and structure adjustment to provide a scientific basis for the development of service on economics and ecology.According to the research objectives, this project was planed and completed. There are three important implications:Firstly, from the view of promoting the agricultural industrial upgrading and increasing farmers'income, through the analysis on the development process and model of agricultural eco-economic systems in Wuqi County, it is resolved that degree of consistency is receding on regional agriculture and resource (volume).Secondly, from the view of the agricultural economic structure, through the analysis on coupling development relationship between agro-ecosystems and agricultural economic, it contributes to play a large system of coordination and improve the degree of development and utilization of agricultural resources at the macro level. Thirdly, from the view of theory evolve, the "system coupling theory" will introduce agricultural ecology economic in Loess hilly areas and form interaction between "system coupling project" and exploited process of agricultural resources, for making decision about rural development, and importantly promoting to development theories of ecology and economics.The essay may have the following innovations by the research:Firstly, in the county regional scale, the essay uses the method of linear programming to research agricultural eco-economic system coupling development optimization model, which provides a theoretical basis. Secondly, the essay uses the nonlinear system dynamics and differential calculus to establish coupling formula for deducing the process of agricultural eco-economic system coupling.The conclusion is:extent of division of agro-ecological economic coupling is a moderate degree of coordinated development of posture in Wuqi County, and does not fully achieve reasonable matching and coordinated development.
