Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Development Level Of New Urbanization Based On Coupling Coordination Degree

Since the reform and opening up,the pace of urbanization in China has been accelerating and the urbanization rate of the population has increased year by year.The urbanization rate has increased from 42.99%in 2005 to 58.52%in 2017.However,some problems are becoming more and more prominent,such as urban population increase rapidly,the differentiation between urban and rural areas is very serious,Social conflicts occurred frequently,industrial restructuring and upgrading slowed,the deterioration of the ecological environment,and so on.How to achieve coordinated development among the three sub-systems of urbanization(population,economy,and ecological environment)and get rid of the dilemma of uncoordinated development is particularly important for realizing a steady increase in the comprehensive development of China's new urbanization and promoting the sustainable development of the region.First of all,through full literature research and CiteSpace's visualization knowledge map analysis,the research status of research scholars in the field of urbanization is clearly defined,and the research ideas and research methods for writing the full text are determined.Secondly,on the basis of defining the concept and its connotation related to urbanization,the development process and current situation of urbanization in China are analyzed in depth.From the perspective of system theory,the development of urbanization can be seen as a whole composed of subsystems such as population,economy and ecological environment,and each subsystem has complex interaction relations,which all affect the development of the whole.The internal relations of the system are analyzed in-depth and it is planned to analyze the internalization of the regional urbanization system.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the interaction mechanism among the subsystems within the urbanization system,the overall level of the development of regional urbanization is evaluated comprehensively through the analysis of the degree of interaction among the subsystems.Then six provinces and one city in East China are taken as the research object,combines its regional reality,fusion literature research,expert interviews,and entropy method are used to to extract,filter,and optimize the impact indicators of the three subsystems of population,economy,and ecological environment,and then the comprehensive evaluation index system of three subsystems are build scientifically and reasonably.On this basis,combined the entropy method,comprehensive index method,time series and multi-index method,the static and dynamic comprehensive development levels of the three subsystems of population,economy and ecological environment in six provinces and one city in East China have been empirically measured from 2005 to 2016.Then,based on the binary system coupling model,a coupling model of the ternary system was introduced to empirically measure the static and dynamic coupling coordination of the three subsystems of population-economy-ecology environment in six provinces and one city in East China.The coordination type and coordination level were determined,and the trend analysis of fitting and the analysis of spatio-temporal differences were carried out to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of the level of regional urbanization.The main conclusions are as follows:1)From 2005 to 2016,the scores of the static comprehensive development level of the three subsystems of population,economy and ecological environment in the six provinces and one city of East China were all increasing year by year,but the differences between regions were large.2)The comprehensive level of urbanization development in all provinces and cities in the region has changed from uncoordinated to coordinated from 2005 to 2016.3)The growth and growth of urbanization in various provinces and cities in the region has slowed down,showing obvious lack of strength,and the reasons for the slow promotion of urbanization in various provinces and cities in the region are different.Finally,based on the empirical analysis and regional differences,some concrete countermeasures and suggestions put forward,such as upgrading the comprehensive development level of various subsystems of urbanization,promoting the coordinated development of the three subsystems of urbanization(population,economy and ecological environment),and narrowing the regional development gap.
