With the development of the economy and society, enterprises become more and more aware of the importance of corporate social responsibility implement. Corporate social responsibility movement started in the 20th century 80 years in the occident, the content includes environmental, labor and human rights etc. from all the documents of the formers we will find most researchers focus on business ethics of corporate social responsibility for the inspection and analysis, but few articles from the sociological perspective to empirically study the corporate social responsibility.From the sociological point of view, this paper basing on the B (Suzhou) Company case studies the implementing actuality of cooperation social responsibility among the multinational corporation in China. The research content three areas: labor rights, public welfare and environmental protection. In Sociological Theory and the HSE management system theory under the guidance of the B (Suzhou) Company the implementing actuality of cooperation social responsibility to conduct a comprehensive study and analysis.Comparing to the Western world, Chinese concept of corporate social responsibility for many Chinese enterprises formed later, for some Chinese company corporate social responsibility is still a new concept, but in reality the social and environmental pressure makes the Chinese enterprises must quickly accept the idea of corporate social responsibility. Chinese enterprises must take on the responsibility when itself developing.
