| After the Reform and Opening up, China's income distribution system has undergone several major reforms. With the motion of"Distribution according to work and work hard", people's income level has been a big increase. Meanwhile, among the various sectors of society, income gap is also widening. How can we obtain a balance between fairness and efficiency is that something we must solve in current time.Information technology industry is a emerging industry. It is of great significance for the development of our national economy and the strive for international competitive advantage. Based on the research on the related theory, this paper decide to make a breaking-through on how to evaluate the internal pay equity of the information technology industry. Firstly, this paper studied the existing three main compensation mode, researched the problems of the implement process,and then analyzed the affections of the salary model to internal pay equity,which made a function for the following improvement advice.Then,with three methods-- Linear regression,Theil Entropy and Multiplies of the pay gap,this paper researched the internal pay equity of the information technology industry listed companies form different aspects. Through the research, we found that the internal pay equity of listed companies experienced a deterioration in the three years after the improvement process. Under the influence of the control indexes ,the performance of different groups of samples have varied considerably,this means that the area and the scale of the enterprise will affect the internal pay equity.Finally, with the above analysis results,this paper made some recommendations for the improvement of the information technology industry internal pay equity from two aspects of enterprise and government . |
