Salary management is a very important part in the personnel resource management in modern enterprises. It is necessary to set up a proper and competitive salary system for developing the effort of it. Modern enterprise management requires a new salary system that must adapt modern enterprise system and meet the need of market competition. New salary management system plays a very important role in enterprise management system which stresses "Make people the center". This text with a history for source company for background, passing to company salary management with the analysis of the present condition, point out the problem that company appear in salary manage process with the shortage and put the necessity of the salary reformation into practice and function, then put forward to proceed the suggestion that salary design afresh to the company with the project, and have to out the salary reforms to benefit to encourage the employee to maximize latently, strengthenning the conclusion of the core competencies of the business enterprise.
