Research On Development Models And Effects Of Industrial Tourism In Caofeidian City

The Industrial Tourism is the combination product of Industrial and Tourism at their developing stage, which is recently becoming one international research focus. On the basis of reviews on international advances of Industrial Tourism, the research on development models and effects of Industrial Tourism in Caofeidian city is carried on in this thesis, which aims at to provide the advices and promote the development of Caofeidian Industrial Tourism in the future.Through the analysis of international and domestic research advance on Industrial Tourism development models and effects, the advantages of Caofeidian Industrial Tourism resources was evaluated and analyzed; moreover, one new frame of Industrial Tourism development models decision based on three pyramids were proposed, further, by which, the special development model for Caofeidian was given. Then, the research on development effect of Caofeidian Industrial Tourism is carried on from three main aspects of economy, society and environment, the advices on the way to deal the effects is also presented after the causes of development effect analyzed. Finally, the growth pole theory the introduced into Caofeidian Industrial Tourism, the development advices on the Caofeidian Industrial Tourism is proposed based on growth pole theory.The main conclusions are as follows:Firstly, the relative aspects of Caofeidian Industrial Tourism resources were analyzed, which showed that Caofeidian Industrial Tourism development is promising and has good potential. One new frame of Industrial Tourism development models decision based on three pyramids is proposed, further, by which, the special development models for Caofeidian were given.Second, there are more positive effects than negative effects for Caofeidian Industrial Tourism developments in consideration with economy, society and environment, which prove the possibility of Caofeidian Industrial Tourism,however, environment protection should be taken into account when Caofeidian Industrial Tourism development in practice.Thirdly, Caofeidian Industrial Tourism development can be strategically seen as on growth pole for around Bohai Sea Economic Belt. According to the basis and potensial of Caofeidian Industrial Tourism resources, some new Industrial Tourism programs such as science and technology visit for high tech enterprises, cyclic economy visit for green economy and low-carbon economy enterprises to popularize science and environment protection, Caofeidian harbor visit or comprehensive visit integrating industrial tourism with coastal sights may be firstly developed.The main innovative points maybe as follows:Firstly, there are still few reports on Caofeidian Industrial Tourism development research, although its'national industrial economy base. The development model and effects may be firstly and comprehensively studied in this thesis.Secondly, one new frame of Industrial Tourism development model decision based on three pyramids is proposed, which can be used to development model decision for Caofeidian Industrial Tourism development.Thirdly, the growth pole theory was explored to be applied to Caofeidian Industrial Tourism development, and the advices of Caofeidian Industrial Tourism development was proposed in the views of growth pole theory.There are two shortcomings for the research in the thesis. Firstly, research of Caofeidian Industrial Tourism is preliminarily carried, and only more qualitative analysis methods were be used for there are less Industrial Tourism data in Caofeidian. More quantitative methods should be taken in the future.
