With the continuous development of network technology, network applications have penetrated into every corner of human society. C2C e-commerce, developed with web-based technology, has been rapid developed. New transaction is constantly generated. Commodity trading platform makes the emergence and development of a growing network of stores, and has also gradually becomed a new business model. The virtual network of shops increased, due to the improvement of information flow to run facilities, as well as changes in consumer shopping patterns. The technology and size of Web store technology increases, makes physical tendency increasingly evident. Compared with the traditional physical stores, the location choice in urban network entities undergone a marked change. As one of virtual business, E-services outlets location has been one part of the scope of the study. But so far has not quantitative studies for e-commerce location. The location choice of e-services network (ESNLC) whether still follows the traditional theory of location choice, and by what factors affect the more obvious problems. In the electronic age, the traditional location theory must be attained a certain supplement or correct, and can fully corrct explain the distribution of the present location phenomenon.In this paper, one of the main elements of the network of shops, C2C e-commerce site, is choosen for the research object. Based on the traditional location theory,we proposed the location factors - neighborhood facilities,which are based on the electronic age spatial distribution of the network of shops. We select several large affected neighborhood facilities,and study the virtual location problem of the network stores.Among a number of e-services network in China's more developed cities, we choosed Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Tianjin as samples to study the electronic service outlets within the city location in this paper.The use of neighborhood-based facilities to determine the role of the network shop location, specific location are broken down into four categories: complete location, overlapping location, the transition location, and the not entirely location.Using ArcGIS software, all the electronic service locations of network are implemented to the city map.It shows the specific intra-city distribution of electronic services network. Further I conclued that: (1) From the municipal districts of view, e-service network wholly shows location properties;(2) E-services distribution network presents a certain regularity, and has have something in common with traditional commercial outlets, but become smore and more new features;(3)In the combination relation of neighborhood facilities which affected the digital shops'best location,the optimal location shows the trend from the overlap location to complete the transition, but presents new feature.And the larger of number location, the stronger of location properties.Different combinations produce different elements of the radiation influence. Complete block located in the second;(4) Through using FMCDM, it can be found that FMCDM played an important part in ESNLC,under the complex integrated conditions, in this paper.
