Urban Rail Traffic Safety Facilities Configuration Research

Our country cities get access to great growth in recent years,and urban rail transport which as the backbone of urban public transit also obtained the fast development.Urban rail transit as an important part of urban public transportation,its allocation of facilities and equipment has been the focus of urban rail transit system.Especially in recent years,with the increasing of urban rail transit line mileage,major accidents happened frequently,so it prompted the urban rail transit enterprises to study how to establish the operation safety management mode and system,and begin to study the allocation standards for security facilities and equipment,thus to ensure the safety and orderly operation of urban rail transit.Started with the importance of traffic safety,this paper discussed the importance of the urban rail traffic to the government,society and companies.Then,the paper gave a concrete analysis and study on development and its existing problems of urban rail traffic safety systems and equipment facilities recently.Based on the using situation and its existing problems on the equipment facilities of our country's urban rail traffic,the paper put forward to improve the safe operation of urban rail transit in China,that should establish the allocation standard of urban rail transit facilities which is researched on improving the technical equipment level of rail transit system and improving further the technology innovation ability.The paper studied the allocation standards for security facilities of the urban rail traffic,respectively from the allocation standards of natural disaster forewarn,the allocation standards of structure system,the allocation standards of fire control system,the allocation standards of power supply system,the allocation standards of the emergency rescue system and the allocation standards of technical prevention system of public security to analyze the problem,and the facilities configuration and allocation standard of each system are described.So that it not only can provide references for urban rail transit construction in other cities,also can offer some reference value for introduction the allocation standards for urban rail traffic of our country.In the specific application of Guangzhou metro safety facilities and equipment as an example,a guide for the allocation of urban rail transit safety systems and equipment and facilities,provide a reference for the city of rail transit construction,and also for our country as soon as possible to equip with the standard of a certain reference value.In order to promote the development of urban rail transit science,safety and fast.
