As China's market economy system and the market are increasingly competitive, a number of varieties, multi-channel processes and the small German volumes those are in the manufacturing sector in contemporary China, widespread. Therefore, China's manufacturing requirements can be in the production process, as reasonable as possible to arrange production plans and processes, and efficient use of existing resources, minimize duration, thus reducing production costs and increase profits of the factory. Shop scheduling techniques can significantly enhance the plant a reasonable allocation of resources, improve production efficiency, reduce production losses and increase the competitiveness of enterprises.Job Shop Scheduling is an important aspect of the research on the production logistics, of which both traditional supplies, is also included in the production process, the materials in processing fluency. If the shop not smooth production process, will inevitably lead to adjustment of the location of workshop production processes, these adjustments will affect the supply of traditional materials flow. Therefore, the workshop logistics optimization of the production process should be a system problem cannot simply consider the process of setting-that is, the traditional production scheduling, cannot be isolated as traditional supplies. With the system look on this issue, we will have integrated production systems of these two aspects into account. Be proactive in production scheduling to realize that this will ultimately affect the plant production process of logistics optimization. In the workshop process, the impact of the production flow of mainly machinery and equipment, but in previous studies, researchers have overlooked some minor factors, such as workers who are reasonable, it will directly affect the production time and production quality; In another example, machine failures and repairs they cannot be ignored. However, in the traditional model, these factors are not sufficiently taken into account by researchers. This article is made for the study of these secondary factors, some of the production process to re-establish a logistics optimization model.Add the uncertainty into the model, because of the difficulty to determine accurately the impact of these secondary factors, therefore, this paper, genetic algorithm, the proposed model were optimized. Hope that as a reasonable model for the logistics, adaptability to make further study. In the text, given one of the pipeline model of the optimization process, and subsequently the corresponding program source code.In the end, we selected an automobile rear axle assembly section in the processing of data, through the use of simulation software for visual verification Flexsim. In the verification model is considered the main machine failure rate and repair rate for the secondary factors of production in the logistics of the process, by comparing before and after the data, reflect the significance of plant production logistics model and research value.
