Internet technology has brought space to electronic commerce. Electronic commerce has ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Studies show that the development of e-business model is to maintain customer relations. It is exact for the cultivation of loyal customers. This article is to summarize and analyze the impact of customer loyalty to those most important factors, and establish a customer loyalty factor model, and to promote enterprises'customer loyalty program.This paper first analysis the background and current situation of the B2C e-commerce in China, and clarify the significance and problems. Followed reviews the achievements about the existing customer loyalty and E-loyalty, and constructs elements of customer loyalty index system network combines with the D network store. Using the empirical method of testing the target system to check the effectiveness of the various elements, and establish B2C e-business models of our linear model of customer loyalty. Finally, this paper gives some the views and suggestions for current B2C e-business.
