With the rapid development of the property services sector, property services firm's competition for talent has become the key to success. The research on employees'job satisfaction, job performance, turnover intention can help to eliminate staff dissatisfaction, improve labor relations, predict employee turnover intention, against negative phenomena such as loss of key personnel, and can also help to enable enterprises to increase their core competitiveness, keep sustainable and healthy development.This paper made a summary on the basis of massive literatures about employees'job satisfaction, job performance and turnover intention, using the method of analysis and verification through questionnaires and statistical analysis. Firstly, making factor analysis on the satisfaction scale, followed by correlation analysis, and then explored the relevance about job satisfaction, job performance and turnover intention. On the basis of the correlation analysis, this paper adopted regression analysis to get the effect degree and the variance to test whether job satisfaction, job performance, turnover intention had significant differences in the demographic variables.There is a survey against a property services company of 191 employees, the survey results are as followed:employee job satisfaction and job performance is positively related, employee job satisfaction was negatively correlated with turnover intention, job performance and turnover intention is negatively related, job performance is mediated by turnover intention. Demographic characteristics, marital status, age, education, work experience were significantly different; age, years of job performance are significantly different; age and turnover was significant different.Based on the above findings, this study has put forward constructive comments and targeted for improvement, so as to seek a way to improve employee satisfaction, performance and reduce turnover intention.
