Nowadays the world synthesizes the competition of the national strength, main body for competition of science and technology level and the management level, especially human resource competition. Along with joining WTO, Chinese business enterprises face all-directions talented person's competition. Facing such situation, Chinese business enterprises must keep the talented persons and inspirit them. For this, we put forward job satisfaction of assessment research to help the business enterprises to go to adapt this kind of challenge gradually, and become to have the competition ability that can keep on the development.We use various methods of interview, questionnaire survey in the research and we select 740 employees in 3 companies as participants. First, we explore the assessment structure of employee's job satisfaction, and its relationship with job satisfaction, demography, turnover intention, performance, organizational citizenship behaviors and psychological violation. Second, we compare the dissimilarity of the satisfaction measures method, further enriching the theories frame of job satisfaction. The main results are as follows:1, The assessment structure of employee's job satisfaction in Chinese enterprises is composed of seven dimensions: Leadership satisfaction, fair salary satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, work itself satisfaction, work condition satisfaction, management policy satisfaction and training satisfaction. The questionnaire has high internal reliability and its construct validity is confirmed by factor analysis.2, The female employee is higher than male employee in the satisfaction on each dimension and total satisfaction.3, The job satisfaction of the married employee is higher than that of the single employee. The age factor and the job satisfactions become the U related. Along with the aggrandizement of the age, the job satisfaction firstly aggrandizes and then reduces. Education and the job satisfactions is direct proportion.4, Turnover intention and the job satisfactions is negative related. Work itself...
