Establishment Of SMEs Financing Platform

After the outbreak of the financial crisis, China's economy, especially Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), suffered a great impact. And therefore the financing difficulties of SMEs have been to our community. Currently the status of SMEs in the national economy has been very important, but narrow financing channel problem that plagued the development of SMEs has not been resolved. At the same time a large amount of international capital swarm into China for various reasons, some of this capital is from overseas SMEs. These SMEs value the huge potential Chinese market and low-cost skilled labor. They hope to cooperate with SMES in china to solve their own problems facing the development. However, lack of convenient channels, the cooperation between Overseas SMEs and domestic SMEs is not smooth. Domestic SMEs cannot borrow money. Overseas SMEs can't take their money into Domestic SMEs. To alleviate this embarrassing situation, we summarize the achievements of SMEs Financing. We establish a national SMEs financing platform. Within the scope of the platform, we can solve problem in financing and international cooperation for SMEs. The platform consists of three sub-platforms. Their functions are as follows:information integration platform solve the problem of asymmetric information in financing; investment and financing channels platform improve the financial efficiency; Supporting services platform as the platform provide professional services to enable the whole platform smoothly. Although it cannot solve all the problems faced by e SMEs in China, this platform can clear away obstacles to international co-operation of SMEs. So we broaden the financing channels for SMEs.
