Research On Evaluation Of Inviting Public Bidding Of Electric Power Enterprise

Today, project bidding is often recognized as a primary method in power industry material. Bidding-evaluation and Bidding-decision are often accepted as the key points in the bidding process. A successful bidding is directly caused by a scientific bidding-evaluation method. In this paper, the author firstly expounds the background, purpose and significance of the study on Bidding-evaluation and Bidding-decision for power industry material, over ally analyzes the existing problems in Bidding-evaluation and sums up the factor affecting on Bidding-decision for power industry material. Secondly the author establishes a power industry material Bidding-evaluation module by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy MultiObjective Many-Person Decision (FMOMPDM). With the AHP method, the evaluation index system is set up and the comparative weight of the indexes is determined. Under the FMOMPDM, the uncertainty resulted from the difference in evaluating the bidders solved. Finally, in this paper, taking the electrical power equipment purchase of a water and electricity enterprise as example, the author carries out analysis and approach about the matter of choosing excellent bid unit in substantial evidence.
