Economical Effect Evaluation And Process Management Of The Low-oil Ignition Technological Transformation Project At A Power Plant

Modern engineering project management has increasingly been promoted to the same importance as engineering project construction. The target management, the cost management and the risk management of project management factors work as a main role. This article first introduced the project management from their developing history and relative theory system as well as international most advanced management models, domestic management actuality ,and expounded the basic theory of project management and the specific methods of operation in the technological transformation project at a power plant, and then introduced the project management of low-oil technology, and evaluated the economic effect of this project .It has some practical value. It also has some affect on the similar projects in future marketing and management decision-making.
