In recent years, the problem of environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent and energy prices are rising, making our country from the Party Central Committee to the grassroots masses, have been in the past to reflect on the shortcomings of the extensive management. Coal-fired enterprises have traditionally been considered to be high pollution and high energy consuming industries. Coal enterprise development faces energy, labor, land and other factors of production prices continued to rise, and environmental protection in the new law on environmental protection high requirements, need to discharge model of technological transformation, the need to improve the environment of energy consumption. Hua Yu company is a coal-fired power generation electrolytic aluminum processing enterprise in Liaocheng, Shandong province. Company in recent years has achieved rapid development, but also accompanied by worries, the author according to the results of the survey, previously the company's extensive development bring high pollution, high energy consumption and other issues. Company currently used in the production process of coal-fired boilers to coal as the main energy, bring many problems, including the coal combustion efficiency is low, low calorific value of energy consumption, to the problem of pollution of coal combustion, coal-fired boiler did not do technical process emissions exceeded. With the rising of production factors of energy, labor and land prices, Huayu company must carry out technological transformation of desulfurization project as soon as possible, to complete the transformation of enterprise production and management mode. This paper argues that Huayu Co., Ltd. is necessary to carry out technical transformation of existing coal-fired boiler desulfurization project, realize the unit production energy consumption lower, less pollution, lower cost, is in line with the needs of the development of the company, and to meet the expectations of the government and the society to the company, low pollution and high efficiency. The purpose of this paper is to Huayu company of technical transformation project carries on the system analysis, that we must carry out technical transformation, and analyse the technological transformation project design, technical revamping design scheme, and through comparison, economic comparison, the expected benefits of each scheme, investment feasibility compared to elect the most suitable solution, the program were overall evaluation, this paper proposes that the implementation of the measures and recommendations for promoting.In this paper, according to the theory and practice of the combination of the project and the comparison of the preferred method of technological transformation. Using the case method, literature analysis method, factor analysis, a series of research methods analysis, analysis of Huayu company faced severe policy, market, resources and environmental situation, with scientific methods to help the company design and improve the technical transformation scheme and the feasibility of the three dimensions, gives the scheme of energy saving, environment evaluation, financial analysis. To achieve the research to Huayu company reduce pollution and saving energy and reducing consumption, from an economic point of view to help the company reduce the energy loss, land occupation and a waste of human resources, so as to improve the economic benefit; from the social point of view helped reduce the pollutant emissions, reduce the consumption of coal, saving energy consumption, so as to achieve a win-win situation.The results achieved in this paper are as follows:First, the company desulfurization technical transformation project work there are two problems, namely, high emissions and desulfurization technology investment, as well as investment management and cost control level is low. One of the biggest problems is the high energy consumption and high pollution problems of the existing coal fired boilers. This paper considers the coal-fired boiler has the following disadvantages must be corrected:pollution is more serious, the occupation of more land to waste, complex process, the human cost, so the company needs a complete technical transformation investment scheme.Three, technical transformation investment program second options, respectively, carbide slag-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization scheme, semi dry desulfurization program, and ammonia desulfurization program. Through the three aspects of technology, energy consumption and economic analysis, this paper selected "coal to gas" program as the actual project.Third, in this paper, the design of the carbide slag gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization project, including the selection of equipment systems, engineering, production management optimization, reconstruction project investment estimate.Fourth, this paper from the three aspects of energy-saving, environmental impact assessment and the financial feasibility analysis, to analyze the feasibility of electric slag-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization project, draw the conclusion:the project conforms to the national industrial policy, project topics are clear, project marked indeed, taken by the advanced technology, reasonable process, technical scheme of advanced and feasible, adequate supply of raw materials; funding arrangements for appropriate and reasonable.Fifth, in this paper, the party's energy saving and emission reduction is the responsibility of enterprises, desulfurization technology in thermal power industry should be vigorously promoted and environmental protection to take into account the cost control and other three aspects to provide a full proposal.
