Forecasting Of Electricity Consumption Of Hebei And Analysis On Related Countermeasure

The contradiction among energy sources, circumstance and development of society becomes bigger and bigger, while modernization and industrialization of Hebei develop rapidly. In order to promote to save energy, how to enhance efficiency of electricity and proportion in use of terminal energy, is an important problem. In this paper, industrialization stage of Hebei is judged, and we can forecast the change of power consumption based on comparing with developed country in the same stage. Index decomposition technology is used to analysis important factors affecting change of power consumption quantitatively. Model of support vector machine based on rough set is used to forecast power consumption in Hebei. At last, efficient suggestions are proposed.
