On Management And Evaluation Of Contract Performance Of Construction Service Subcontractors

It is sure that construction service subcontractors will be more and more popular. However, there are a lot of shortcomings in China's construction service subcontracting. To solve these problems, the paper puts forward some advices, such as screening the service subcontractor's employees, monthly report and file system of employees, training and evaluation of the employees, and so on. Most importantly, the paper puts forward that the service subcontractors should be selected on a basis of bidding and be evaluated in the aspect of their contract performance which is to be used as a most important criterion which subcontractor will be selected. The paper gives the model to evaluate the contract performance of construction service subcontractors. The example proved the effectiveness of our model.
