In addition, the joint-stock commercial banks are established according joint-stock principle, which innovate the management and greatly promote the reform and development of the whole Chinese banking sectors.While the four major state-owned banks became the main force of the financial sectors, the joint-stock commercial banks have made considerable progress and gradually play an important role in the financial market system. The joint-stock commercial banks are no longer bound to the several major cities, but accelerate the pace of expansion to the whole country. Jilin province, as the less developed region in the northeast of china, attracts the joint-stock commercial banks to build the branches of them in Jilin province. With the achievement of laying branches in Jilin province, the joint-stock commercial bank completed the same mission in three northeast provinces. The appearance of the joint-stock commercial bank brings the new vitality for Jilin Province's economic develop.
