Today, as the technology changed day by day, the high-tech industries have become the leading industry. Developing the high-tech, and causes its industry, is the important strategy for our country to realize the national economy structure adjustment and the industry promotes. In recent years, the high-tech industries in our country developed quickly, how to correctly analyze the development present situation of the high-tech industries in our country, and how to forecast their development prospects and propose the corresponding countermeasure suggestion, has become the important topic for our country's high-tech industry.The paper takes the high-tech industries in our country as the research object, based on the theory of high-tech industry and industrial economy, analyzes the development present situation of the high-tech industry from multi- angles, such as development historical evolution stage, the industrial scale, the industrial structure, the industrial layout, the industrial technology competitive ability and the high-tech industry import and export condition, and so on; Then this paper has analyzed the influence factors of high-tech industry development for our country, which including the development level and internationalization degree of our country, the development level of venture capital, the ability of technology development and technical innovation, and industrial policy and so on; Then this paper used the date of high-tech industry output value and the national economy development several key indicator during 1999-2004 six years of our country, and have forecasted the development potential of high-tech industry in our country by combining the model of gray model and the technical contribution rate, which obtained that the high-tech industry in our country have a broad development prospects, but we have a long way to go also by comparing with the developed countries; Finally, this paper pointed out some countermeasure suggests of promoting our country's high-tech industry development, including the adjustment of high-tech industrial policy, the construction of technical innovation system, the layout of high-tech industry garden area scientifically and impels our country high-tech industry development by using the venture capital, and so on.
