The forest ecosystems have many Eco-efficiencies such as soil and water conservation, the regulation of climate. Eco-system has to improve the environment, maintaining the balance of economic and social systems to provide significant ecological benefits of the functions of ecosystem services and ecological assessment of the economic value of the compensation issues. It has already become research focus of geography, ecology and ecological economics and other disciplines.This paper made of the significant role of the forest ownership ecological benefits by China's forest ecological benefit calculation and hierarchical cluster analysis. Analysis the path of forest ecological benefit compensation using the theory of property rights and transaction cost from the new institutional economics. Expansion the path of Chinese forest ecological benefit compensation.This paper can be divided into three parts:The first part contains the paper's chapter 1 and chapter 2, mainly about related theories of forest ecological benefit compensation, the research condition at home and abroad and the method I applied in this paper.The second part contains the paper's chapter 3,mainly calculating the forest ecological benefit compensation of China(except Hong Kong, Macau and Tai Wan),doing hierarchical cluster analysis of the factors of forest ecological benefit compensation and the benefits of provinces, then put thirty-one province divided into four pieces according their forest ecological benefit.The third part contains the paper's chapter 4 and chapter 5, mainly about proposing the compensation path of Chinese forest ecological benefit compensation based on original path and research on overseas. Finally, make the conclusion of the full paper.
