Research On Pattern Of Regional Carbon Emissions Based On Low-carbon Economy In The Three Northeastern Provinces Of China

Energy and climate security have become two of the human face increasingly urgent crisis,which both,and carbon emissions,with low power consumption,low pollution,low-emission characterized by a low-carbon economy has become today's development in China the main direction. The three northeastern provinces as a national important old industrial base,carbon emissions from 1980 to 70.704 million tons of standard coal increased rapidly to 226.06 million tons of standard coal,an increase of 219.6%;how to effectively control the growth of the three northeast provinces of carbon emissions and develop low-carbon economy is related to the three northeastern provinces an important part of achieving sustainable development.In this paper,quantitative research-based,qualitative research,supplemented by comprehensive use of regional economics , industry economics and economic geography and other disciplines approach to the three northeastern provinces,for example,studied in the years between 1980 and 2008,carbon emissions and primary energy consumption,types of industry and per capita carbon emission in the relationship between factors. Paper comprises five parts:I. Introduction. The first part details the topics of the background papers,research and the relevance of the theoretical and research-related review on the study of low-carbon economy at home and abroad are reviewed.Second. concept of low-carbon economy and development status.The second part introduces the concept of low-carbon economy,characteristics and low-carbon economy in the countries of the world's development.China's development of low-carbon economy and development of the urgency of low-carbon economy.Third. the three northeastern provinces of primary energy consumption on carbon emissions.The third part of the main contents of the analysis of the three northeastern provinces of energy production and consumption of the status quo,the three industrial structure's evolution,as well as the three northeastern provinces to low-carbon economies in transition face constraints.Fourth. the three northeastern provinces of carbon emissions associated analysis. The fourth part is the core of this study in detail the argument of the industrial structure,energy structure,energy intensity and economic development factors on the three northeastern provinces in per capita carbon emissions.Fifth. the three northeastern provinces of carbon emissions from the optimization direction and policy recommendations. Part V of the structure is mainly made based on an analysis related to policy measures.
