The Study On Forest Park Landscape Resources Of Economic Value Evaluation

As the basis of development of society and finance,people have more attention on the spiritual life after meet the basic material life.Tourism is the project which is the popular favorite to relax ourselves.Forest park is favored by the masses of tourists in many tourism projects as the main body of the forest.People are willing to pay for travel so they have the chance to close to nature,relax and breathe the fresh air.As the result,a large number of forest farms were converted into forest park.The problem which is urgently to be solved is how to effectively measure the economic value of forest landscape resources.The domestic and foreign scholars about the economic value of forest landscape resources mostly stay in the tourism function of the study,but the value of landscape resources not only embodies in leisure values,it also absorbs carbon dioxide and provides a steady stream of oxygen because of its unique nature forest resources.Recently years,with the development of carbon emissions trading market,the function that absorbing excess carbon dioxide in the air is traded reasonably on the open market,so the value of forest landscape resources was attached a new economic value.In this paper,we evaluate the forest park landscape resources of economic through a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and case analysis.The economic value mainly includes two parts,the one is the tourism value,the other is the value of carbon sequestration.In the first part of this article,we introduce the concept of forest landscape resources and the definition of the scope and carbon sinks,and then we expound the forest park landscape resources of economic value evaluation related theory,we probe further into the method how to value the economic evaluation of forest park landscape resources.In the second part,we evaluate the economic value from two aspects which are the tourism value and the carbon sequestration value of forest park landscape resources by the example of the provincial forest park W.Finally,we believe that this paper can promote the evaluation of economic value development for the forest park landscape resources in our country.
