China And Mongolia Trade Status, Problems And Countermeasures

Based on reviewing the development of trade between China and Mongolia, on the basis of the application of international trade theory and macroeconomics theory, this paper analyzed the situation of trade and by the method a polynomial, forecasting the development prospect of trade between China and Mongolia.Through the analysis of the status of the trade, there exist such problems in trade between China and Mongolia:small trade scale unreasonable structure of trade and incomplete settlement system and be susceptible to influence of the external environment and so on. This article uses empirical analysis method, establishes the mathematical model of trade between China and Mongolia.discusses the positive correlation of trade between two countries to the Mongolian domestic economic development, Discussed the causes of a weak economic foundation of Mongolia, Chinese goods lacks competitiveness in Mongolian market and put forward the following Suggestions:1. To improve the two governments function, provide security to the economic development.2. To strengthen the infrastructure construction, to lay the foundation of economic development.3. Expand economic cooperation scale and curb inflation.4. Adjust the industrial structure, improve the trade structure.5. To promote the level of communication, improve trust between two countries.6.To perfect RMB settlement system.7. Speed up the construction of border free trade area and long-effect mechanism of China-Mongolia trade development. In the study on the basis of analysis of the draw a conclusion that "Although some problems in trade between two countries at present, but by reasonable solution, trade between two countries has broad prospect".
