Current Situation And Development Prospect In Trade Between Mongolia And China

Mongolia is an important neighbor in northern China and shares the longest land border with China.Mongolia and China have a profound historical origin and became an independent country after the demise of the Qing Dynasty.In October 1949,Mongolia and China officially established diplomatic relations.Since then,Mongolia and China have experienced 70 years of development,whether in politics,economy or culture,and even in the daily exchange,and have carried out all-round exchanges and cooperation in various fields.Due to the changes in the international situation and economic climate,the relationship between Mongolia and China has been ups and downs,but still unable to separate the deep friendship between the countries.It is precisely because of this that some historical issues of the two countries can be properly handled in the end,and the exchanges between the two countries in economic,political and cultural aspects are promoted.With the development of economic globalization,China's reform and opening up over the past 30 years,its international status has been continuously improved,China's foreign trade volume has developed rapidly,and the structure of foreign trade goods has gradually improved.China is known as the "world factory." China's trade with developed countries such as the United States and Japan continues to climb,becoming the world's second largest economy.In addition,it signed free trade agreements with neighboring countries such as ASEAN countries and South Korea.As a friendly neighbor of China,Mongolia's bilateral economic and trade exchanges with China have not been effectively developed,and more and more experts and scholars are paying attention to this.As an international student from Mongolia,through this paper,I will study and discuss the status quo,problems and countermeasures of Mongolia-China economic and trade relations.This paper first briefly describes the related concepts of economics and trade,classification and accounting methods,and summarizes the research results of Mongolian and Chinese scholars,and even internationally on Mongolia-China economic and trade relations and bilateral economic and trade cooperation.According to the development of Mongolia-China relations,different time nodes,summarizing the development history of Mongolia-China trade in the past 70 years;once again,using trade openness,trade development scale and comparative advantage index to study the trade relationship between Mongolia and China;finally,through analysis advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats exist,and then make rational proposals for the economic and trade development of Mongolia and China.
