Today, the competitiveness of enterprises has become increasingly into a talent competition, how companies to retain employees and how to establish a stable and lasting relationship and to achieve win-win situation between them, has increasingly become an important field of study business management research. Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted in-depth research and scholars have found that relationships with employees through the system established is not long, and from the psychological established relationships more stable, so from the point of view to study the psychological contract between employees has become disciplines focus and hot issue.This article analysis of previous studies, most previous studies are based on the perspective of research firm employees, particularly in the study of psychological contract elements. In view of this, the combined research and management of enterprises, to the contract including rules of the profitability and persistent and development potential of the three core element in the contract including normative and employees responsible sexual, social responsibility and developmental responsibility, and found two types of mental bond of a little, that is, enterprises and employees of the whole, the psychological contract between enterprises and employees a win-win situation. This article by the relevant players, have complete information next enterprises and employees static win-win pattern; the complete information next enterprises and employees of the dynamic win-win pattern; the complete information next enterprises and employees static win-win pattern and complete information next enterprises and employees is a win-win situation, and theoretical analysis to complete information next dynamic win-win pattern of the most stable.
