The Research On The Construction Of The Pastoral Area In Hexigten Banner

It is an important historical responsibility in Inner Mongolia's modern construction to build a new pastoral area.From the 1652, pasture economy has become an important part in the social production in Hexigten banner. And it has taken a great status in constructing the pastoral area.Hence,it is very useful to discuss the historical changes of the pasture economical environment in the pastoral area of this banner. Especially it is very beneficial to resolve those difficulties,which not only exist in the construction of the pastoral area of this banner but also exist in the rest of the whole Inner Mongolian area.Therefore, it has a significant meaning to construct a new pastoral area.In the thesis,it firstly describes the natural environment and the historical changes of the banner in the different times.Secondly, according to some statistics and the researches,it states the pollution in building of this pastoral zone and decrease of the water resources because of the mineral pollution. Thirdly, it narrates the problems in using the pastoral resources and in protecting the animals from the natural disasters.In addition, this thesis also discusses the problem that people in this pastoral area had no income except from their pastoral earning. Lastly, it raises the question that people in this banner are less educated.In order to resolve these problems, according to the policies of the both central and local government,this thesis takes some researches on developing the grass industry and seasonal rotation pasture, on marketing the brand products of cattle,on increasing the people's income in the banner by fully using the tourism resources,on protecting the environment and using the mineral recourses of the pastoral area by following the laws.
