Research On The Construction Of New Pastoral Area In Otog South Banner

The thesis is composed of six parts which are the introduction, the ecological environment of Otog South Banner, the constructing community of new pastoral area in Angsu Gacha, the developing trend of the constructing community of new pastoral area in Angsu Gacha, the conclusion and the bibliography.The introduction includes the research survey,the goal for selecting the topic and the research method.Chapter I, the ecological environment of Otog South Banner is consisted of two sections that the ecological environment of Otog South Banner and the environmental problem and the policies for the environmental problem. In first section, the author narrates the natural environment,the social condition and the economy of Otog South Banner. In second section, the author analyzes the present conditions of the ecological environment of Otog South Banner and the reasons for the Environmental deterioration, and introduces the policies and Measures for protecting and restoring the ecological environment in the Banner.Chapter II, the constructing community of new pastoral area in Angsu Gacha is consisted of two sections that the general situation for the constructing community of new pastoral area and the development of the constructing community of new pastoral area. In first section, the author introduces the production and formation of the constructing community of new pastoral area. In second section, the author analyzes the constructing situation of new pastoral area and the herdsman's condition of production and living in the constructing community of new pastoral area.Chapter III, the developing trend of the constructing community of new pastoral area in Angsu Gacha is consisted of two sections that the benefit of the constructing community of new pastoral area and the suggestions for the development of the constructing community of new pastoral area. In first section, the author elaborates the benefits for ecology,economy and society of the constructing community of new pastoral area. In second section, the author gives five suggestions that carrying on the formalization management by improving the production method,establishing the socialized service system,strengthening the economical interaction,perfecting the rules and regulations and promoting the cultural reconstruction.In the thesis, the author uses the research methods that field survey,analyzing summary and data statistics and summarizes the influence and function of the measure that establishing the constructing community of new pastoral area for the economic development and the environmental protection in Otog South Banner by analyzing the herdsman's condition of production and living in the constructing community of new pastoral area.
