Historical Review On The Development Of China's Rural Cooperative Economy Since The Founding Of New China

After the founding of new China, the history of rural area cooperative economy development under the Party's leadership is an important component part of the Party's history. Upon completion of the great land reform, the abolition of the feudal land ownership, change in the relationship between the rural economy is the Organization of individual farmers to implement cooperation and the development of cooperative economy. Therefore, the history of the rural economy of our country can be said to be the history of development of cooperative economy. Since the reform and opening up, China's agricultural and rural economy has entered a new stage of development. The development of rural cooperative economy plays an important role in accelerating agricultural modernization and promoting rural productivity development, and has significant meaning to promoting the new socialist countryside construction and speeding up comprehensive well-off process. In the new rural construction, development of rural cooperative economy is important. Development of rural cooperative economy opened up a realistic way to promote agricultural modernization and solve the "three rural" issue. How to develop the cooperative economy in rural areas and to further promote the development of rural reform is an urgent problem that must be solved.Using the basic principles of the rural cooperative system of Marxism-Leninism as a guide, this article tries to review the tortuous development of the cooperative economy in rural areas since the founding of new China. The history of the tortuous development of the rural cooperative economy consists of not only the glorious achievements but also the reflection of mistakes. This article states that since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh of our Party, our party respected peasants'pioneering spirit, first launched reform in the rural areas, established the two-tier economy system of the integration and combination on the basis of Household contract responsibility system, and initially formed the rural economic system which is fit for China's national conditions and the development requirements of social productive forces, and greatly liberated rural productivity. China's rural cooperative economy system will be improved, and open up a new voyage for promoting agricultural modernization.By reviewing the history of the tortuous development of the rural cooperative economy since the founding of new China, by combining theory and practice, the paper conscientiously sums up the historical experience of China's rural cooperative economic development, particularly the new experiences of rural cooperative economic development in 30 years of rural reform which includes the ten basic principles which must be followed such as upholding the socialist road of agriculture, developing rural cooperative economy, building new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics and achieving common prosperity of all farmers. By summing up the history experiences of rural cooperative economic development, the paper tries to seek for objective laws and an inevitable trend of the development of rural cooperative economy in the socialist economic relations, use new concepts and ideas to solve problems of rural development, and strive to create the new situation of rural reform and development.
