Research On The Road Construction And The Regional Development

Since China's adoption of reform and open-up policy in 1978,Shanghai has achieved a rapid economic growth, and various infrastructure facilities develope rapidly. Since 1990, with the implementation of infrastructure investment and financing reform, infrastructure construction, especially road construction,has been in a fast development, and the economic growth is rapid. However, with rapid economic development, the gap between urban and rural areas gradually expand, urban spatial structure, industrial structure, the contradictions become more apparent, and a variety of resources, particularly land resources, rapid decline. Under the researches of the regional road construction and regional economic development, not only enriched the theoretical circles on infrastructure and regional economic development, but also as a guide for the development of road construction.On the basis of the above point,the dissertation researches the relationship between the road construction and economic development,dicusses into details the mechanism of road construction and the regional economic increase, the optimization of regional industrial structure and spatial structure,and analyzes how the inside living strength promote regional economic development from the angle of reform of city infrastructures.The relationship of road construction and regional economic development has been the focus which scholars in the field of economics concern about. In this paper, based on previous studies, the author analysies the mechanism of the regional development impacting the economics.Analysis of regional economic development and different stages of the relationship between road building and road construction and the relationship between urban form.Through the empirical study of road construction in Shanghai, I found that since the reform and opening up, especially after 1990 when large-scale road construction in Shanghai. Road construction has played an important role in Shanghai's economic development, On the one hand, by improving the overall transportation system Shanghai, Shanghai road construction for the road passenger transport capacity and rapid growth, and has facilitated travel for residents, improve the urban living standards; on the other hand, through multiplier effects, greatly promote the development of other industries. Road construction in Shanghai promote the process of urbanization of Shanghai and speed up the "1966" urban system construction.Since the reform and opening up, Shanghai has achieved rapid economic development growth. Can be expected, the Shanghai 2010 World Expo and the State Council on the construction of Shanghai international financial, shipping the("two centers")the strategic arrangement will further promote the development of Shanghai, Therefore, in the future, Shanghai should further improve the level of road construction, optimizing the structure, upgrade local traffic network, in order to improve the investment environment and promote the economy develop healthly.
