During the process of the school transitional changes nowadays, the great leadership roots from the school headmasters and the school management team of the middle. As the school transitional changes going by, the actual development of the leadership by the school management team of the middle affects the current promotion of the school transitional changes more and more significantly. For this reason, to win in the middle is becoming the practical way of further advancement for the school changes and the changes of leadership. In order to concentrate on the development of the leadership by the school management team of the middle, this research will refer school management team to the school management team of the middle, and direct the attention and exploration to boost the development of the change of leadership by the school management team. Thus, based upon the daily practice in the school transitional changes, this article sets forth the core connotation for the change of leadership by the school management team and expounds the realistic significance by its development and promotion clearly, and then deeply analyses the main factors that influence development of the change of leadership by the school management team. On these bases, the dissertation will put forward a series of practical strategies to foster the development of the change of leadership by school management team.The first chapter elaborates the core connotation of the change of leadership by school management team, following by two basic dimensionalities:individual and team. Within individual dimension, that is the capability of initiative development, overall planning and design, effective organization and implementing, as well as positive regulation and reflection. Meanwhile, within team dimension, that is the consciousness of the relationship between the leaders and the collaborators, and also the capability of joint power and creation.The second chapter demonstrates realistic significance by the development of the change of leadership by school management team, which is mainly including two fundamental aspects:the external and the internal. For the external, it is because of the external complexity of the school transitional changes, with the performance for the integrity of the development, the multiplicity of the subject, and the creativity of the ways and means. For the internal, it is because of the internal requirement of the school transitional changes, with the performance to generalize the leading force and backbone force.The third chapter analyses the major factors that influence development of the change of leadership by school management team. On the one hand, the different leadership styles that school headmasters hold impact on the development of the change of leadership by school management team. On the other hand, the various team relationships, such like incompact, independent or coadjutant, would have variant development of the change of leadership of their own.The fourth chapter probes into the practical strategies that gear up the development of the change of leadership by school management team. Firstly, according to the value guidance, we can activate the initiative development of the members for the team by the school culture and spirits, the first responsibility, the mechanism for school leading, the mechanism for persistent development. Secondly, according to the plan designing, we can confer the rights and obligations to the team members, both for the department construction and for the individual growth, so as to reach the mechanism for interactive planning. Thirdly, according to the changes from organizations and their systems, we can give impetus to the division of work and the close cooperation among the team members, for form the mechanism for potent implementation. Lastly, according to the daily practice in the transitional changes, we can advance the research abilities of the team members, through the practical studies with the teachers, and thereby possess the mechanism for driving force of make progression. With the enforcement and propelling of these practical strategies, we together make great efforts to boost the development of the change of leadership by school management team.
