In the past several ten years, the studies of team caught more and more researchers'attention. And there are fruitful achievements in their researches. What they study focused on factors of influence, its relation with team performance etc. They intensified people's understanding of teamr in theory and presented some new thoughts and directions of team buildding, evaluation of performance, pay management, stimulating team employee and team performance to work in practice. Previous studies indicated main influencing factors of team performance, but there are not enough empirical researches in the influencing mechanism of those factors. So this dissertation explores the influencing mechanism of leadership behavior and team character and framework and team communication and team decision to team efficiency through the method of empirical research.This dissertation investigates team leadership, team communication, team decision, and team efficiency of 100 teams in several enterprises in Mian yang through questionnaires and analyzes their relationship with the methods of factor analysis and correlation analysis. transformational leadership is measured with charismatic leadership, individual consideration, perspective stimulating, and inspirational motivation ; The result shows that there is correlation relationship between team character and team efficiency. transformational leadership behavior is positive with team essiciency. Team communication and team decision are positive with team efficiency. And Finally, indicate some limitations of the research and give some suggestion of future research.
